The simple answer is NO! We have a strict policy and we do not sell the same style to two people are the same school - not even in a different colour! It's a first come first served basis, so visit us early to avoid any disappointment.

All of our new styles arrive in December and January. Our appointments are available to book from December onwards.

As soon as you step foot into Luxe, you will be greeted by one of lovely team members. You will then be shown into your private fitting room to have a quick chat about what your dream dress looks like. You will then be shown into our main prom dress room where you can browse all the styles.

Once you've had a good look, it's time to try on any styles you like in your private room.

Your inital appointment is for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please make sure you arrive on time to ensure you make the most of your appintment.

All you need is yourself and your loved ones. We have everything that you need to help make your prom shopping experince amazing. We do recommend that you come with an open mind as quite often girls walk away with something they never thought they would!

Please don't come with lots of makeup or fake tan on.

All of our prom dresses are between £300 and £550. Payments are taken in two deposits; 50% when the order is placed and the remaining balance is due when the dress arrives in store.

Sizes range from UK 6 to UK 16. Our average sample size is a UK 10, however this varies by style and designer. If there is a specific style you'd like to try but want to know more information about our sample please get in touch.
